Currently the lab is located at The Works in downtown Newark Ohio. The entire second floor of the building has been dedicated to the Digital Media Design students. We currently have a conference area located in the front of the office space. The labs have adequate space because all of the printers are located in a separate room.
The current software used: Adobe Creative Suite, including CS versions of Photoshop, Imageready, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as the Macromedia Design Studio, which includes the MX 2004 versions of: Flash, Freehand, Dreamweaver and Fireworks. Video editing software includes Adobe Premiere (for PCs) and Apple Final Cut Express (Macs only). Our 3-D animators learn to use Maxon Cinema 4D 9. Maya is also available.
